Configure hud tournament = crash

My hud is working for cash games but if I want to configure it for cash games my pokertracker crashes immediately when i press the button.
Giving me this error: acces violation at 0x77521635 ( tried to write to 0x00030FB4), program terminated.
If anyone can help me please tell me

I mean if i want to configure hud for tournaments my pokertracker crashes and I get that error

Are you using PT3, or PAHud and PT2?

sorry if i was not clear I am using pokertracker 3 and windows vista with the administrator stuff off.

OK, I'll move this to the PT3 section.
First, you have to run all your poker applications as Administrator.

What version of PT3 are you using? If it's not at least Build 3, you should update.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
