Help! Database on external Harddisk

Hi,

im playing on my Desktop PC and my Laptop ....
I used the guide(http://www.pokertracker.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=526) to create a new Database on my external harddisk G (i used my Desktop PC to do this).
Now i want to use this Database on my Laptop, but i just dont know how ?!
I tried to use "Database Management" but if i use "New" -> "Browse Databases" the Database on my external harddisk couldnt be found?!

So i need to install postgresql to my external harddisk?
And after that?
