PS popup problem

Hello Folks,

Does anybody has problems with PokerStars and PAHUD popup stats? I mean when I click on any stat on the screen the popup should come up normally, but when I am using PAHUD in PS than depends on the player's seat I have to click on different places to reach popup screen (if I managed to find the right place...).
I have preferred seat using at PS client and it is set in the PAHUD as well...
Please help somebody, because I got mad at this behaviour.... :evil:

What version of PAH are you using?
Are you using the default theme on pokerstars? Some of the non-standard themes/layouts have seats in different places.

Latest one because of Party update. I do not know the exact name of the theme, but I think it is the simple black one, but I am going to check it when I am home and try different themes. Which theme do you recommend to use?

Try using the default theme and see if it works correctly with that. PAH should cope OK with any theme, but it doesn't explicitly support them all, so if you use one where the seats are in different places then the hotspots won't adjust.

I have tried different layouts and using the default theme it worked for some hands, but after the situation was the same...
By the way where should I click to have popup menu? Meanwhile I had properly working pop-up I had to click in the circle, but afterwards different locations near the stats as before...Shall I send my exported PAHUD settings to you? Is it worthwhile?

No, the layout doesn't affect where the popup hotspots are.
I'll try to get one of the development team to clarify for you - I'm not sure exactly where they [the hotspots!] are.

What version if Windows are you using? If you are using Vista, disable 'User Account Control' then reinstall PokerAce Hud over-top of your existing installation which should resolve the issue.

WhiteRider is correct. There are some PokerStars themes where the seats are slightly different which will cause the popup spots to be off. I suggest not using these themes. Stick with the default theme until you are able to get popups working properly.

I am using XP version with SP2. Today I am going to make some testing with default theme. By the way where are the "hot-spots"?
