popup regions UB

Postby bandblake » Mon Dec 08, 2008 7:58 pm

Is there a way to move the popup regions. On my UB tables the popup regions have all shifted down, so when I click the check/bet buttons the pop up appears instead of doing the action. Can I manually move them? Thanks.

yes I have the same issue. The problem stems from the fact that there is only one cereus layout used for both AP and UB software. There needs to be one for each site as the layouts are different.

It also makes customising the layout on UB a nightmare. :?

Is the UB layout completely different from the AP layout?
I don't play either personally.
Could you please create a ticket on the Support system and attach a screenshot of your table.
Are there options for the appearance of tables at UB now?

yes it is this is why one default cereus layout doesn't work for both sites.

I've created a support ticket but haven't attached a screen shot. Its just he all the standard table layouts on UB. I'm sure the support staff don't need a screenshot from me to know what they are.

If you mean to make the UB layout the same as AP no not that I can tell.

Aside from the different layout and conflict with popup stats and action buttons another problem I've just noticed is that when the players hole cards are flashed at the end of the hand the players on the left have their hands partially off the screen so you can't see the full hand. (in omaha 6 max).

I've put all this in the ticket comments so hopefully it will be addressed soon.
