PAHUD installation problems

Postby dhg223 » Wed Dec 10, 2008 12:18 am

Hi I just got a new dell running vista. I purchased PAHUD today and they sent me a registration code. The problem is I have been trying to download both available versions to no avail. When I click the "save" option, a box flashes very briefly on the screen and disappears. When I click "run," the popup takes a minute or so and looks like its downloading. But I cannot find the program ANYWHERE on this machine. It is as if I never downloaded it. I'm not the most computer savvy gent in the world but this seems odd. Other programs I have downloaded today are showing up fine. Any ideas?

Thanks guys,

matt

Matt,

Try downloading and installing firefox -- some people have had better luck downloading our files using it than Internet Explorer.

Thx I will try that in a bit when I get out of work.

Another problem I am having is that I paid for and downloaded PT3 (which may mean i wasted the $25 on PAHUD) and the icon has showed up on my desktop but i cant open it. It keeps telling me a version is already running, which it isnt. I installed a trial version 2 of poker tracker yesterday but have since fully uninstalled. I have no idea what to do and have spent over $100.

:(

Press Ctrl + Alt + Del and click Task Manager. Go to the Processes tab and end any PokerTracker or PokerTrackerHud processes you find there. You should then be able to start up PT3 normally. If you didn't download Beta 22, we recommend that you upgrade to Beta 22 at this time as it has a significant number of bug fixes since Build 3.
