Advanced HUD config problems

Hey there,
I've been using the advanced HUD config layout on Full Tilt as outlined by Kraada. It was working fine until I loaded Beta 21 and now the layout is not appearing correctly. Its just a jumbled mess of X's. I also noticed the custom stats didn't carry through when I upgraded so I had to reload them to the Cash Player Stats section. Even reloaded the layouts.pt3 file that was supplied. The popup groups work fine as they are not custom stats. I rechecked all my settings and they appear to be correct.

Any ideas?

PAHud questions only - NOT PT3 HUD.

The X's are there to hide the stats until you have a significant number of hands on a player.
When you updated PT3, did you uninstall first? If you just install over the top you should keep all your previous settings.
