problem with pacific hand grabber

Postby kart001 » Mon Jan 19, 2009 6:47 pm

Hi
first of all excuse for my english (but this is not my primary language :p)

I have a problem with pacific hand grabber
I have downloaded and bought the 2.11 version and the history works.

Pokertracker also works perfectly but PAH doesn't recognize any table : it's empty
i'm sure to have it well configured (option ==> Preferences ==> pacific ==> add and I locate the path of pacific hand grabber)

I send a mail to idleminer (pacific hand grabber) but they told me they can't do anything and that I have to see directly with the developers of PAH

Does some have this problem?
Can someone help me?

Thx

Please update to the latest PAH version 1.19.10.

Are you using Vista?
Are you running both PT3 and Pokerstars as Administrator? Right click the shortcut and select 'Run As Administrator'. This is different to being logged in as an Administrator.
[url=http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PTH/faq.php#General]ATTENTION: Windows VISTA users, you must read this.../url]

If it still doesn't work, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
