weird names that PT can't read

I keep getting tournament summaries that I can't import because of someone weird name, like this one: Mi§T¥ ߣuë (repntgny). PT won't import anything when there is one name like this in the whole tournament, you just get an error. PT should accept names if PokerStar allows them. How do I get tornament summarries like these to import?

Is this a PT3 issue (not PAHud)?
Which specific version number are you using?
Please attach a hand history file including this player to a ticket on our Support system and we will see about getting this fixed - we do, of course, want to be able to handle every player name that any site supports.
