problems updating PAH stats

hi
the PAH is not updating the stats of some players meanwhile other players yes
i can see their stats from PT but not from the PAH
im using 3 db in the PAH, creating a cache
and im using this preferences:

hands used for averages: 10
minimun hands required: 20
refresh rates: 1 to 200: 10
201 to 100000: 20

Change the first set of refresh rates to 0 to 200 and see if that fixes things for you.

now i see that there is no update for any player in the PAH

I should have been more clear.

I meant instead of:

refresh rates: 1 to 200: 10
201 to 100000: 20

Use:

refresh rates: 0 to 200: 10
201 to 100000: 20

i changed it but it doesn´t work
any stat of any player is updating

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

this log files belongs to this subjet
do you need that i send a new msg to the support with this info?
if the answer is "yes", plse tell me how may i send a new msg with the same ticket?
because i receive this msg from them:

"Does this relate to a forum post or previous ticket?
If so, please add a link."

You can see your tickets on your My Tickets page, and in the email you received there is also a link to the support ticket in which you can add a response to that ticket directly. If you could add that link they would appreciate it.
