PAH working with one Ongame skin but not another

I'm using the latest version of PokerAce that works with the Ongame P5 software, and have Red Kings and Betsafe configured identically in PT and PAH. However, it recognizes tables/displays stats at Red Kings reliably after hands are imported in PT and won't recognize any of the Betsafe tables, I tried it multiple times switching back and forth.

What could possibly be the issue here?

Do you have both sites installed in English?
Can you see anything different about the table windows (particularly the title bars) at the two sites?

If you still can't get PAH working please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
