PT3 Keeps crashing

I have used PT3 for many months with few problems until this last week.
The last week it keeps crashing.
I get a microsoft windows message saying `Poker Tracker has stopped working. A problem caused the programme to stop working correctly. Windows will check the program and notify solutions if any.'
Then another message comes up `PokerTracker has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.'
Please help.

What version of PT3 are you using? If you aren't using Beta 29.1, please upgrade to that version with PT3 closed and then see if your crash is gone (we fixed quite a few crashes between Build 5.2 and Beta 29.1). If that doesn't fix it for you, please report your problem so that we can investigate further and get this resolved for you.

Please reboot your computer and re-run the Beta 29.1 upgrade installer - that normally seems to fix this sort of issue.
