Error's with import hands. Ongame. PT2

I had a same problem with version 2.17.03d, but on my another computer i not intalled the last path (version 2.17.03b), and its work fine!

I got trouble:
When importing hand to my database from Ongame(redkings) getting error's:

Error with board cards for game #....
--
Error finding the pre-flop action for game #....
This error is usually indicative of a hand where a player making a betting action is not listed in the seating section of the hand history.

Version of PT 2.17.03d (last), OS is Windows XP

I saw there post like mine, there guy had trouble like this because of working his antivirus system, well i havent antivirus, so.. Help me please some one

i made my towergaming (ongame) acc some days ago.. patched pt2 up to 2.17.03d, using windows xp, installed this sql-stuff-driver, dunno if it the newest, but the sql-stuff-error had been gone.
so i managed towergaming to save the history. created an db.. played some hands. db-size increased successfully, pt imports hands, but same errors here: likely this one:

Error - duplicate seats found for game #P4-82096077-424.
This error is usually indicative of the hand history information being improperly recorded in the PokerRoom (or skin) database file.

but also different ones..
i want to ask for opportunities to downgrade my pokertracker or to reinstall it with the mentionend version.i want to give Boletus' hint a try. i cant wait to clear my 200% $ bonus :)

Install the SQLite drivers from the link in this FAQ post

If you still get the same errors, ZIP the .db database file that you have PT reading from and send it to me via the online support system...

sorry for the double post, but i have to admit that the errors do not belong to the pt2 version. moreover i discovered that my Symnantec Antivir troubles towergaming to save the history in a right way.(i read EAtmYkodO's post, but at first, i did not believe it, i tried it anyway :) )
deactivated it, played some hands, started the pt2import an it worked.. .. activated antivir during the game.. some moments later the same pt2erros occured, so the thesis that antivir progs trouble ongameskinns saving the history is true.
thanks anyway. might be an useful information for the future, maybe only some antivir progs causes this erros.. ?!
