a database error has occured

DBCode -1206 Error Text SQLSTATE =S1000
{Microsoft}[ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Cannot open database. It may not be a datbase that your application recognizes or the file may be corrupt.
No changes made to database.
INSERT INTO game (game_id,game_number, site_id,date_played,game_level_id,flop_1,flop_2,flop_3,turn.pot,rake,player_id,import_date,table_name,winning_hand,real_player_id,players_saw flop,number_of_player,ub_game_number,Ub_kill_game)
VALUES (452038,452038,2 {ts 2008-11-07
This error message was written to the error file:C:\Program Files\Poker Tracker V2\ ptterrorlog.txt. Please send this file AND the hand history file that caused the error to [email protected] so that we can diagnose the problem.
How do i send this to you guys . Thanks.
