Unable to Import

I just came back to online poker after a very long layoff. Close to a year I think. Now that I am back, I loaded up PT, and it is unable to import my hand history. It says that no hand history files have been created/update since the last import. I play on PS, and when I first loaded it, there were a hundred updates it had to download. Was there a change in settings in one of these that is making this happen? How do I fix it?
