I-poker import problem

Make sure you are always letting PTO change your regional settings. See Utilities > Regional Settings...

i have that setting correct... i read all the posts and so on....but nothing seems to work out?????

Are these hands from Carlos poker? Did you re-request the hands from the iPoker site or are you using the exact same hand histories files that were imported before?

no it is from BetFriends.com and i used new hh files (update local information)

OK, these hands are probably a different format than the original ones. I need to see what they look like. Please email me a session of hands so I can see the format. You can send them to mike _at_ pokertracker.com

I need to make changes to the program to support this different format and I haven't had time to look at it. I'll try to look at it later today or this week.
