problems with pokergrapher and pokerev

hi,

i have about 1.000 omaha hands in my pto-database so far. but when i run pokergrapher and pokerev over the database, only 193 hands can be found. i deactivated all filers and checked "all hands". since both programs produce the same error the reaseon seems to be something on the pto side. can someone help?

If PTO shows the 1000 hands then something is wrong with the other third party programs. You should contact them to see why their programs aren't showing you all of the hands.
