PT4 not importing winamax cash games hands

Hi I have this issue with winamax hand histories, I haven't changed any setting tho
I auto imported the hands as usual and all the 3 tables I played were not imported correctly, but the only error shown in the import status came from one hand:

Same here. The problem is hapening only on anonymous tables, thats likely the reason why they are running so few today.

Unfortunately there is an issue in these Winamax anonymous hand histories where the 'Hero' is no longer specified in the hand histories (other than the hole cards they received) so these hands now import with everyone as an anonymous player:

I would recommend contacting Winamax support to report this issue with their anonymous hand histories.

I have the same problem.

It happens only in incognito tables, but its really annoying because we cant track that hands now. There is any solution? Its possible to install a previous winamax version to fix it?

I don't have an update at this time but we have contacted Winamax regarding the problem with the incognito hand histories.

Winamax have acknowledged the bug and this should be fixed in the latest Winamax update.
