Pt4 Winamax Display HuD

My HUD does not appear at any table. I have already changed the language to English in Winamax – Tracker shows it as connected. It is importing hands, but in a strange way. I have followed all the steps on your website, but it still does not appear. I need help.

It is importing hands, but in a strange way.

What exactly do you mean by importing "in a strange way"? Are they importing slowly or something else? If you don't have a large database then go to 'Database -> Database Management'. Click the 'Housekeeping' button and run the following in this order:

1. Reindex
2. Cluster
3. Vacuum/Analyze

After the housekeeping is complete rebuild the database cache via 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild'.

If that doesn't resolve the problem please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you.
