Problem when i am exporting hands

[Gustinhio]

Hello, when I export my hands from my database, some tournaments work correctly, showing the tournament details and all the hands played listed. However, for many tournaments, I only get the result and no hands are displayed. How can I fix this?

Is this happening on a specific site? If so what site? What specific method/options are you using when exporting?
