NOTECADDY NOT WORKING

My notecaddy stats aren't loading when I go into my games.

On my game hud if you hover over the icon it says "missing application: notedcaddy". But notecaddy is enabled in my PT4 tracker. I can add notecaddy stats to the HUDs so why isn't it working in game?

Hello,

If Notecaddy is not working specifically in that poker room only, it could mean that some recent update might have broken functionality while using NC there. Let us know the specific room you are playing on where NC does not work.

If it is not working in general for any poker room you can try to reinstall the definitions package you are currently using in "Manage My Ultimate packs" and reset notes & process hands for the database. This will fix any issues with the def.package and make sure all hands are processed for notes.

Let me know if this helped before we try to reinstall NC.

my settings in note caddy are randomly resetting themselves to default. The Pokerstars note file path gets lost and thread count goes down to 1. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

I use the color coding and note labels for Pokerstars - after i run the color coding all notes show last modified in august 2011 - is it somehow possible to get actual correct date in there?

Hi, my Note caddy keeps shutting down while i play, and says Note caddy has stopped working. I saw that it was no longer being updated, but i don't know if that's true. Anyway i saw i also incurred a charge for it, if so, can i be refunded if it's no longer supported? Thank you

I still need help on this I have posted two support tickets

My notecaddy is turned on in settings but when I open the hud it says "notecaddy not available".

This happens when I replay hands and when I am playing on poker sites.


I made a support ticked and they said - (as the "show notecaddy" option in pt4 isnt there)

- Go to C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Apps\ and delete the following folder or move it to your desktop as a backup "Tm90ZUNhZGR5"
- Restart PT4 and it will reinstall Notecaddy. Folow the prompts and install the definitions package you need. #

I did this and the show notecaddy options still isnt available and it still doesn't work.

Please could someone help me with this its been months and the support arent replying
