Error when Installing Ignition Hand Grabber

Hello all, new here...

I just downloaded and PT4 specifically for use on Ignition.
When I tried to download the Ignition Hand Grabber, I received and error and it said to contact support.
Please see the attached screen dumps.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

That's usually security software deleting/quarantining the files required for the hand grabber. If you are using any security software please add exceptions for/whitelist the following folders in your AV software:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Apps\SWduaXRpb24gSGFuZCBHcmFiYmVy
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Temp

If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then please refer to this guide.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't have any additional anti-virus software running other than then protection that's provided in Windows 11.
Can you point me to where I would put these exceptions in Windows 11 settings?

Thanks. Since your original post I've been made aware of an issue on the server which has now been resolved so if you are not using any third-party security software then just restart PokerTracker 4 and the hand grabber download should now complete successfully.

Works now, thanks! Installed immediately.
Strangely Ignition went down last night so I didn't get to try out until today.

Whelp, I got it up and running... got it tracking and HUD is displaying, see screen dump as evidence.

If anyone has any recommendations to tweak the font/layout/etc... I'm all ears.

I may need a bigger/second monitor :D
